The message was clear: the obligations of the EU AI Act are now enforceable, and the high-risk requirements will take effect in December 2027 following the extension of the Digital Omnibus package—PDF ethics manuals are a thing of the past.
"Using AI without traceability is like building your brand's value on a canvas that doesn't belong to you. If you don't have cryptographic proof of what your AI has done, the risk of facing multimillion-dollar fines is devastating."
